You know what's really dumb is the system Americans use for hours, where hours go from 12 to 11 and then they have AM or PM after them. Europeans and everyone else are much more logical, they say hours go from 00 to 23. Computers like that too, unless people purposely make them use the stupid system, so i think that slowly even stupid Americans will pick this up.
